If you forget your password, make sure you're signed out of the website and go to the "Lost Password" page in the user area.
Enter either your FeedGhost username or your email address, and we'll change your password to a new value and email it to you.
Why can't we just email you your existing password? Because for security reasons, we don't store your actual password, just a hash of it.
Once you've received your new password, you can log in and change your password if you want.
To change your password make sure you're signed in to the webiste and visit the "Change Details" page in the user area.
Simply enter the new password you'd like to use and click "Change".
The FeedGhost client application validates its login details with the website. If you change your password on the website, you'll also need to change the stored password in the FeedGhost application.
If your password needs changing, FeedGhost will display a notification icon:
Click on the balloon or the yellow notification icon. The "Update Password" dialog will appear; just enter your new password twice and click "OK".
